Chuck brings a practical business mindset to commercial real estate. He began his real estate career track in 2009. Before brokerage, he worked in retail management and owned an IT business. As a result, he understands real operations, not just lease terms.

Over the years, Chuck has brokered transactions across retail, medical, service, and specialty concepts. For example, his experience includes brands such as H.E.B. Grocery and CVS Pharmacies. In addition, he has represented Brident Dental, Little Caesars, Miracle Ear, and Cricket Telecommunications.

Chuck has completed transactions with H.E.B. Grocery, Brident Dental, Radio Shack, Little Caesars, Miracle Ear, Tandy Leather, Al’s Formal Wear, CVS Pharmacies, and Major Health Foods. Similarly, he has worked with Cricket Telecommunications, Blue Onion, Gumbo’s Deli, Ashley Pediatrics, Lima Dental, Bite Squad, Queen Pharmacy, and Dinma Pharmacy.

Commercial Property Management
In addition to brokerage, Chuck has six years of commercial property management experience. During that time, his portfolio included six shopping centers. Notably, he oversaw more than 150 tenants and supported 50 executive business offices. Consequently, he focuses on tenant mix, renewals, and NOI protection.
