This policy explains what SVN | Hanna Solutions Commercial Real Estate collects through svnhannasolutionscre.com, how we use it and who we share it with. Each SVN® office is independently owned and operated; this policy covers this office’s website only.

Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site or use our chat assistant, we collect what you enter:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and, on some forms, your company.
- Your inquiry: your message and, depending on the form, the listing or advisor you are contacting, a subject line, whether you want to buy, sell, lease or have a property managed, a property’s address, size, type and market, your timeframe, the kind of property you want to hear about (including any listing filters and search you had set), and the page you sent it from.
- Chat: the questions you type into the chat assistant and, if you ask an advisor to contact you, your name, phone number or email address and a short message.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive information through the website.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us. On your first visit, the site stores in your browser the website or campaign that referred you (for example “google” or a campaign name), the first page you saw and the date. If you later send a form, these are sent with it so we know how you found us. This record is kept in your browser’s local storage until you clear your browsing data.
- Preferences. Your language choice (English or Spanish) is stored in your browser. Within one browser tab, the site also remembers that you have seen the homepage introduction and keeps your recent chat messages so a conversation carries over from page to page. Both are cleared when you close the tab, unless your browser restores the tab later.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view and actions such as clicking a phone number, email or WhatsApp link, downloading a flyer, submitting a form (the form’s name, not what you typed in it), choosing listing filters, the words you type into the listing search box (we drop anything that looks like an email address or phone number), opening a 3D tour, opening the chat assistant and sending a message in it (not what you write), and using our calculators. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects details such as your device, browser, approximate location and IP address. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Fonts and hosting. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted by Netlify. Both receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
The only cookies are set by Google Analytics when our pages load its tag, and by Matterport if you open a 3D tour.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the brokerage services you ask about.
- To tell you about listings that match a search you saved with us, if you asked us to.
- To understand how visitors find and use the site, and to improve it.
- To keep the site and its forms working and to filter out spam.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing. We share it with service providers that handle it on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts the site, stores form submissions and screens them for spam.
- Resend delivers inquiry notifications by email to our team, whose email accounts are provided through SVN®.
- Slack, our team’s messaging workspace, receives property inquiries.
- Our customer relationship management system keeps a record of inquiries.
- Anthropic provides the AI model behind our chat assistant and processes the messages you type into it, along with the title and address of the page you are on.
- Google provides Google Analytics and the site’s fonts.
When you ask about a property or a transaction, we may share your name, contact details and inquiry with others involved in it, such as the owner or landlord we represent, a cooperating broker or a title company, so we can respond to you or complete the transaction. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Some features take you to other companies. A 3D tour on a listing loads from Matterport only after you choose to open it. Links to social media, Google Maps, Buildout and WhatsApp take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Some listing pages link to properties.svnhannasolutionscre.com, which is hosted by Buildout and covered by Buildout’s privacy policy, not this one.
Do Not Track
The site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Other parties, such as Google, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use this site.
Your choices
- You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The site still works.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- To review, correct or delete information you have sent us, or to stop hearing about listings, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please keep sensitive information out of the website’s forms and chat. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run our business, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
